Pythagorean Theorem
Today I discovered a pencil-written proof of the Pythagorean Theorem on the wall of the stall in the men's bathroom on the fourth floor of the physics building. I was rather impressed, but must admit that I've written a better one before.

Moon
Here's a couple of good pictures of the moon I captured the other night.
Sony Cybershot DSC-T9, 5.1mp digital camera with a homemade 8" Newtonian telescope, 30mm Meade series 4000 Super Plossol and Meade #140 Apochromatic Barlow. Camera was set on automatic mode with mechanical image stabilization active. First image taken without the Barlow.
